By accessing and using Tiddygree ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Tiddygree is a pigeon loft management system that allows users to manage pigeon records, generate pedigree certificates, track races, and import/export pigeon data. The Service is provided on a subscription basis at $14.99 per year.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
The Service requires a yearly subscription of $14.99 USD. Subscriptions are billed annually and automatically renew unless cancelled. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.
You retain ownership of all pigeon data, pedigrees, and information you upload to the Service. You grant Tiddygree a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, upload malicious files, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Tiddygree is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of revenue, or damages arising from use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address) and data you enter into the Service (pigeon records, pedigrees, race results). We also collect usage data such as login times and feature usage to improve the Service.
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, send important account notifications, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore) with industry-standard encryption. Pigeon data and pedigrees are stored in the United States.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment transactions.
We do not share your personal data with third parties except as required to provide the Service (Firebase for storage, Stripe for payments) or as required by law.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at alejandrocrespo47@gmail.com. You may also export your pigeon data at any time from the Import tab.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
